At Chax Tool, we are committed to supplying reliable tools for real work. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of tools and equipment, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn tools
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Safety gear that has been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or special-order tools
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Item returned with missing parts not due to our error
- Item shows signs of use
- Item returned without original packaging
- Item returned after the 30-day window
Defective or Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you receive a faulty product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

We only offer exchanges for:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- For high-value tools, we recommend using a trackable shipping service
